I firmly believe in the immense power within each of us, and that we are able to heal ourselves and tap into our own intuition and innate wisdom. But because we are so disconnected from our natural way of living, not honoring the cycles of nature, suppressing our emotions, and being exposed to toxicity in the things we consume, this self-healing mechanism gets disrupted. Leading to all sorts of health problems. I've dealt with many health issues myself for the most part of my life. Allow me to tell you my story.
My emotions were so suppressed that I felt completely numb, lonely, and depressed. My physical and mental health were a strong reflection of my disconnection from myself. Numbed by this disconnect, I felt unable to access the true essence of my being and found myself trapped, living a lie. In my home, love was often absent; my parents fought constantly and did not provide a healthy example of love. There was no space for emotional expression—no words of affirmation like "I love you," "I’m proud of you," or "I’m sorry." Instead, I faced criticism, learning that love was conditional.
During my time in school, I was deeply unhappy, trying to fit into a system that felt misaligned with my true self. I often fell asleep in class and struggled to maintain focus. This disconnect ultimately led to burnout at 21, when I could no longer ignore the deep divide between myself and my true essence. In my search for healing, I sought talk therapy but felt frustrated by practitioners who seemed detached from their own teachings.
I was sexually abused at a very young age and later again in my 20s, and it wasn’t until I turned 30 that I began to unlock these memories. This transition into womanhood marked a pivotal moment in my life, as my body and soul were finally ready to confront and heal the trauma that had shaped my journey. My story of sexual trauma is intertwined with the narratives from both my mother and father’s lineages, and I embrace the sacred task of breaking this cycle for myself and future generations within my lineage and the lineages of others.
In the years leading up to this realization, my body was trying to protect me by suppressing these emotions and memories at all costs, and I escaped into alcohol, drugs, relationships, parties, possessions, processed food, and sugars. My body pleaded for help; acne, cysts, bloating, brain fog, lower back pain, and frequent illness were some of the many signs my body was giving.
Much later in life, plant medicines entered my journey, providing clarity and connection to my body. These allies helped me illuminate my patterns, allowing me to understand myself on a deeper level and recalibrate and reprogram my subconscious beliefs. My spiritual journey has since become a path of exploration and healing, enriched by practices such as Kambo, breathwork, bodywork, microdosing, meditation, detoxing, herbal remedies, and the support of a community of like-minded brothers and sisters who have played a significant role in my healing journey.
Through my own healing journey, I found my true purpose: to help other women heal their deep feminine wounds, reclaim their voice, and step into their true power and MAGIC. I am immensely grateful for the lessons I’ve experienced along the way.
